I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know how impressed I was with your program; even on a busy, short staffed day you handled yourself beautifully! Records were immaculate , and you were able to show me everything I needed to see, and more. Your commitment to providing quality care is evident in everything you do; from displays and a welcoming atmosphere to interactions and implementation of the FLIGHT curriculum, you’ve “got it”!!! I cannot believe how far you have come from the small program on main street I saw all those years ago, give yourself a massive pat on the back, and hold on tight to those fantastic educators, you guys should be so proud! I wish all programs could be as strong as yours, and encourage you to keep engaging with other programs across the province to share your experience and learnings!
